Essentials: (for one person)
- 1 Pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 garlic clove
- Half a cup of rice (about 60-90g)
- Ca. 175g Chestnut or closed cup mushrooms (about half a pack!)
- 1 Tomato
- Some Feta cheese(can be replaced with other cheese, such as Parmesan, shredded cheese or Vegan cheese)
- Seasonings - salt, pepper, chilli flakes, paprika...

Extras, if fancy: tomato paste, hot sauce, fresh basil for decoration and extra taste...

Ca. 25 minutes prep + 30 minutes oven time!
